This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I love this restaurant! Late night happy hour is always a blast. The personalities and customer service skills of the staff is top tier! The food is amazing - always hot and fresh. Take any recommendations provided by the staff as they will not steer you wrong. Everything they've suggested to me has been A1. This is the perfect place for a chill night or a date night.

The ambiance and decor are nice, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We arrived at 8:30pm after coming from the PHL airport. Most places were about to close, so we figured this spot — open until 1am with good reviews — was a safe bet. They sat us at the bar for full service since we didn’t have a reservation, which was fine. The food, however, was a big letdown. My pork chop rice looked Instagram-worthy but the pork was over-charred, extremely tough, and so salty it was almost inedible and I didn’t even use the fish sauce. The fried egg on the other hand was perfect. My cousin, who had just gotten off an international flight, ordered the pho and was surprised at how it tasted like a soup base. To top it off, they added a mandatory 20% service fee on top of food and alcohol tax. If you use card there is also another fee. The bill came to $69.37 with one lager. I paid with a $100 bill and they handed me back exactly $30 — apparently rounding up to the nearest dollar now? Way overpriced for the quality. The price clearly reflects the location and that mandatory gratuity, not the food. Unless you’re just going for the bar, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Miss Saigon is a MUST stop and try kind of place! The food, drinks, service and ambiance are all top tier! We had the pleasure of having Sasha as our server Saturday night and we had an amazing time! She was super attentive and made sure that we were properly taken care of throughout the night. I highly recommend the Banh Mi, Summer Rolls, Saigon skewers, and the skinny Banh Bao with pork. Also the ice cream flight was insane! The flavors were unreal! We really enjoyed the rose lychee and the sticky mango rice ice cream! Will certainly be back very soon to visit Sasha and enjoy the amazing flavors featured at Miss Saigon
